Refunds &Returns Policy

1. As a customer in Belgium, you have the legal right to cancel and return your online purchase within 15 days from the day you receive the product, no questions asked.

To qualify:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• It must be returned in its original packaging, if possible.

• Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  To start a return:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return (optional)

  We will respond with the return address and further instructions.

  💰 Refunds

  Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We will notify you by email.

  • If the return is approved, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

  • If the product is returned damaged or used, a partial refund may apply.

  🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned

  The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

  • Health or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. opened cosmetics, underwear)

  • Digital products (once downloaded or accessed)

  If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@snelkopen.be with:

  • A photo of the item
